Limited parking spaces can be a hassle during busy times!!! Showers could use more space as they're tightly designed!!! Additional hooks for clothes would help organization!!!

We had a lovely stay! Breakfast was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed the fresh fruit options. The room was cozy with pretty decorations, just as unique as the photos. Definitely coming back!

our stay at kirkwood guest house was super awesome! the hosts were so friendly n gave us fab tips on local walks. the food was tasty n always served with a smile, especially loved the fruit compots! room 8 had amazing views n lots of space for us, perfect for our family of 3. it's also in a great spot, just a short walk to cool shops n cafes.

only downside was the small tv in the room and not sure if there were any disabled facilities.

Really enjoyed our stay with a cozy family room that had a comfy bed and a nice freshly renovated bathroom. We loved relaxing in the small garden area among the flowers and sipping tea on the sunny patio. The only small issue was the lack of hooks for coats, but it didn’t really bother us. Definitely recommend trying their breakfast!
